Industrial
Design is a blending of art, engineering and ergonomics in the
design of mass produced products. Well-designed products
not only improve the manufacturer’s bottom line but provide
products that people enjoy using. Indeed, if the user’s
needs of function, form and value are met, the manufacturer
will find a ready market for their product. The Industrial
Designer does not work in isolation but in concert with
other disciplines such as engineering, tooling and manufacturing/
assembly as part of the product development process.
At 2N2 Product Development, we work with state-of-the-art
digital tools for concept sketching, 3D software for industrial
design computer renderings, & solid modeling, and simulation
software for design and analysis. Such tools play an important
role in allowing new products to be developed from concept
to market launch in the shortest time possible!
