Production Management:
2N2 acts as your liaison in the production and manufacturing phase. We provide vendor selection and qualification, cost analysis, and financial analysis (ROI, payback). We work closely with all vendors to ensure a smooth transition from concept to production. In the case of injection molding, we help specify mold build vendors and qualify the mold prior to running production; we assist in the selection of molding vendors to run the mold in production; we assist in the initial processing and debugging of the mold to ensure optimal cycle times and part quality. We are fully involved with all assembly methods and secondary manufacturing processes required. In addition, 2N2 helps to specify and design the most optimal packaging for the product.
