BrushAway
Charles Griffin— Inventor

Charles Griffin, President of GKB, Inc. invented and patented an innovative design of toothbrush and toothpaste storage devices that he has branded “Brush-A-Way.” Charles approached 2N2 to design and develop his multiple styles of toothbrush and toothpaste storage devices for commercial/consumer markets (hotels). The main purpose of this concept is to provide hotel patrons a giveaway product to allow them to store their toothbrushes and toothpaste in a specific storage device located in the bathroom of the hotel room; much like the shampoos and lotion giveaway items. The positive impact of such a product is that it will help to prevent germs, chemicals, insects, etc… from contaminating or penetrating toothbrush bristles.  Various holder design options are available: wall mounted and surface mounted. Specially designed toothbrush tubes will store the toothbrushes. Patrons can take these tubes with them when they check out of the hotel. The hotels would replenish the tubes as required.  2N2 utilized supplied concept designs as a baseline for generating and bringing to life new, sleek, innovative concepts. 2N2 addressed functionality, aesthetics, and design for manufacturability. 2N2 not only designed and developed Charles concepts, but also guided and provided him with business decisions regarding cost, setting price, profit margin, payback, capital investment for injection molds, and overall manufacturing and assembly.
